About and History

In the late Fall of 2007, a friend in the professional dancing world approached me asking if I could build a computer program to handle the complex scorekeeping required in the world of swing dance. In December 2007, in Honolulu, HI the first version of the program made its debut. It was an interesting debut, and it would have been nice to say things went off without a hitch. In the end, everything worked out and Step Right Scoring was born.

Step Right Scoring prides itself in its streamlined performance, accuracy, and thorough results. It has garnered praise from judges, event coordinators, and competitors alike.
